$150 for 2 Active EMG Pickups
Includes: Removing old pups, wiring, pots, and input jack. Restring, neck relief adjustment, action set, intonation set, pickup height set, check and tighten all screws and nuts as needed, light cleaning and polish.
Floyd Rose Setup - $80
A Floyd Rose System requires experience and a Floyd Rose intonation tool.
Before Intonating
Way out of Intonation. B and A strings are misaligned on the saddle.
After Proper Intonation
Intonated and Fine Tuners set to mid. Strings in their saddle grooves
Fret Leveling and Crowning
Over time the wood changes frets can and will change from the factory. High Frets can cause "buzzing" and "out of tune" sounds.
High Fret
Using a Fret Rocker, we can see and feel the middle fret is higher than the adjacent frets.
Leveling
Carefully removing the top of the fret with a Diamond Fret File just until it is level.
Crowning File
A Specialized Diamond tool is used to round the fret leaving just a fine Crown on the top of the Fret.
Crowned and Polished
Super Fine Grit Sandpapers are used for Final Product. Looking like New!
